Barbara Lee Reid

Barbara Lee Reid of Winona, Texas passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021, at 70 years of age.  She was born on August 7, 1950, in Kilgore, Texas the daughter of Monnie and Nady McConnell Reid.

Barbara worked as an apartment complex manager for many years retiring to sit on her front porch to watch the hummingbirds play.  The greatest joys of her life were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She loved her pets, Butters, Buttercup and Butterball.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Rebecca and James Williams of Gilmer, Texas, Russell Warren of Hughes Springs, and Tammy Vaughan also of Hughes Springs; grandchildren, Kyle, and Lex Warren, Colby, and Justin Stambaugh, Raegan Johnson, Chyanne Vaughan, Tristen Warren, Monnie Smith, Breanna Williams, and Timothy Williams; 6 great-grandchildren and one on the way.  She also leaves her sister, Vivian “Charley” Driver of Winona, Texas as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her son, Patrick Warren and a niece, Marcy Byrd.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 5, 2021, in the chapel at Wood-Haggard Funeral Home – Bogata.  Interment will be at the Cuthand Cemetery.
