Ben W Blackwell

Ben W. Blackwell of Talco, Texas passed away Friday, July 10, 2020 at 70 years of age.  He was born in Mount Pleasant, Texas on August 17, 1949 the son of Milton Russell and Virginia Josephine (Cabell) Blackwell.

Ben retired from the oil field and was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Blackwell of Talco, Texas, their son and daughter-in-law, Troy Lynn and Krista Blackwell of Talco, Texas; two grandchildren, Triston Michael Blackwell of Talco, Texas and Erika Camille Blackwell of Bogata, Texas; 5 great grandchildren. Ben is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Joe Blackwell.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
