Betty L. Cruise, age 73 of Greenville, died in Hunt Memorial Hospital on Friday, January 11, 2013. Funeral Services will Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 2:00pm in Life Tabernacle Church of Cunningham. Burial will follow in Restland Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Keith Barnett. Rex Canida, Frank Clayton, Jimmy Henderson, Ronnie Sharp and Joshua Castillo. Wood Funeral Homes, Deport have charge of the arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening beginning at 6pm. She was born in Detroit, Texas on May 5, 1939, the daughter of Harley and Doris Wood Kenemore. She married James M. Cruise on May 8, 1954. He preceded her in death on October 28, 2004. She was also preceded in death by her daughter in law, Alberta Cruise in 2004, and infant daughter, Kimberly Annettee Cruise in 11952, her parents, and a brother, Harley Don Kenemore. Survivors include her son, James Cruise of Greenville; her grandchildren, Holly Cruise, Bradly Cruise, Kimberly Cruise, and Baily Cruise all of Greenville; great-grandchildren, Mercedes and Jayden Jock; sisters, Dianne King and Mary K. Watson, both of Memphis, Texas and Janice Moss of Washburn, Texas and Wanda Canida of Amarillo, Texas Pat Crump of Odessa; one brother, Gail Kenemore of Hobbs, New Mexico.
