Carlos Resendez-Delao

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Carlos Resendez-Delao, who departed from this world on July 22, 2024, at the age of 56. Born in  Chinacates Durango Mexico on February 17, 1968, Carlos was a hardworking man with a passion for painting, ranching, and landscaping.

Carlos leaves behind his beloved spouse, Angenette Resendez, his children Michael Furgerson, Bethany Furgerson, and Caleb Resendez, as well as his grandchildren Samantha Furgerson, Michael Furgerson, Navianna Martinez, and Jameson Diggs, siblings, Adriana Resendez, Michael Resendez, Raul Pimentel, Laticia Pimentel, Gisela Resendez, Luis Resendez, Michael Palos and, Ruben Palos. Carlos was preceded in death by his parents, Miguel Resendiz and Guadlupe Delao, and by his son Carlos Resendez. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of Carlos's life will be held August 3, 2024 at 2:00PM at Wood Haggard Chapel in Deport, Texas for friends and family to come together and honor his memory. Carlos will forever be remembered for his dedication to his work, his love for his family, and his willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need. May he rest in peace.
