Deborah Ellen Pearson

Deborah Thomas Pearson, affectionately known as “Debbie” a devoted sister, friend, and respected Respiratory Therapist, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2024, at the age of 73, in Paris, Texas. Born in El Paso, Texas, on January 5, 1951, Debbie was a cherished member of her Deport community.

Debbie will be lovingly remembered by her surviving relatives and close personal friends: her brother Kenny Thomas, brother-in-law & sister-in-law Read & Melissa Pearson, sister Katy Payne, and sister Margaret Duncan. Close personal friends, Del and Deborah Farmer, Heath and Patricia Thomas, and Craig and Crystal Folse and numerous  nieces and nephews. She touched the lives of many through her compassionate work as a Respiratory Therapist at Paris Regional, where she dedicated her career to helping others.

A woman of strength and kindness, Debbie leaves behind a legacy of care and warmth that will be cherished by all who knew her. Her memory will forever be held close in the hearts of her family, friends, and colleagues.

Funeral services and ceremonies to honor Debbie's life will be held on June 29, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Highland Cemetery in Deport, Texas. Her kindness, dedication, and compassionate spirit will be deeply missed, but her impact will continue to resonate in the lives she touched. Debbie Pearson will forever remain a beacon of love and light in the hearts of those who knew her.

Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, Eric Pearson, parents, Charlie Thomas and Julia Thomas, sister, Nancy Conaway, and brother, Jimmy Thomas.
