Doris Strain

Doris Strain, Age 96, formerly of Bogata, died on Saturday, February 12, 2011 in the Arlington Villa Retirement Home. Services are scheduled for Monday, February 14, 2011 at 2:00pm under the Pavilion of Bogata Cemetery with Larry Black, Speaking. Mrs. Strain was born November 23, 1914 in Davis Oklahoma the daughter of John and Minnie Pullen Springer. Her husband Gordon M. Strain preceded her in death October 20, 1986. She was a retired school teacher teaching for over 30 years. She was a longtime member of the Church of Chris. She is survived by one daughter Karen Whitaker of Alvarado, Texas, one granddaughter and two great grandsons.
