Dorothy Morris

Dorothy Pearl Morris, age 86 of Bogata died Friday Feb 25 in Paris Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2pm Tuesday March 1, 2011 in Bogata Church of God Church with Rev Ethel Elrod, Rev Bobby Freeman and Rev Willie Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in Bogata Cemetery under direction of Wood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Monday at the funeral home. She was born in Kellerberrin, Western Australia Nov 3,1924. Her two husbands Fred Woods and Charlie Vaughan Morris preceded her in death. She is survived by one son Wayne Woods and wife Linda of Gladewater, two daughters Wendell Dixon and husband Pete of Ranchester, Wyoming and Charlene Harper of Bogata, a stepson Charles Richard Morris and wife Janette of Waxahachie, one sister Flo Newton of Cloverdale, WesternAustralia; eleven grandchildren, Jodie Nichols of Gillette, Wyoming; Dottie (Mary) Ottinger and husband; Charlie of Las Vegas, NV; Shelia Ann Beene of Mississippian; Pam Morris and husband, Todd of Waxahachie, TX; Michael Alford and wife Laura of Frisco, TX , Bradley Wayne and wife Brandy Woods of Austin; Jesse Woods and wife, Kenderly of Forney, William Dixon and wife, Brandi, Jimmy Keith Dixon and wife, June all of Gillette, WY, Eric Lee Harper of Bogata, and fifteen great grandchildren, Steven Nichols, Maghi, Koley, Roman and Kyrstin Dixon all of Gillette, WY, Alex and Grace Alford of Frisco; Clerra Leal, Josie and Trinity Woods of Forney, Ellas Ottinger of Las Vegas, NV; Ariel and Regan Beene of Bogata; Alden and Logan Wilkinson of Austin; special niece, Vicki McNaaght of Dundraig, Western Australia, and many more nieces, nephews and special friends. She was preceded in death by Fred Woods, Charlie Vaughan Morris in 1977, her parents; sisters, Nancy Balchin, Louise Balchin, Frances Paton, and Irene Egerding; brothers, Aff Hubble and Les Hubble.
