Elizabeth Ann Hamm

Elizabeth Ann Hamm, 85, of Jefferson, Texas, passed away on September 19, 2025, after a brief illness. A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Lane’s Chapel Cemetery, Clarksville, TX. Pastor Robert Prothrow will officiate.

Elizabeth was born on December 6, 1939, to James B. (J.B.) and Esta Mae Hamm in Clarksville, TX. For many years, she was a hairdresser, and in 1984, she became the co-owner of Main Street Restaurant in Clarksville, TX. The joy of Elizabeth’s life was her four children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, her grandson, Cameron Roberts, brother, Harvey Hamm, sisters, Francis Brooks, and Joy Wagner, and two nephews. Arron Loving and David Loving, and one niece, Bethany Hill.

She is survived by her daughters Gaila (Larry) Vickers and Debra (Clint) Mathers, her sons Michael (Rosemary) Selby and Troy (Claudia) Roberts; eleven grandchildren, Robert Gunn, Chris (Courtney) Gunn, Justin (Brooke) Selby, Tyler (Janet) Owen, Lauren (John) DeBerry, Michael (Jill) Selby, Hunter Burgamy, Haley Hobbs, Maddie Roberts, Noah Burgamy, and Abby Roberts; twenty-one great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She is also survived by three sisters, Mattie Cash, Joyce Cooke, and Cynthia Bayuk-Bishop, and several nieces and nephews.
