Era Lou Roberts

Era Lou Roberts passed away in the early morning hours of July 5, 2021.  She was born on January 27, 1948 in Tulia, Texas  which is located in Swisher County, to Robert and Marie (Mauldin) Roberts.

Era was a seamstress and a nurses aid before becoming disabled.  She is the mother of three children, Richard and Leah Hoss of Paris, Texas, James and Kim Roberts of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Lisa Roberts and Barry of Durham, Oklahoma.  She was blessed with five grandchildren, Chase Hoss, Tony Merritt, Dalis Roberts, Michael Roberts, and Caitlin Roberts, but the greatest blessing of all, 7 great grandchildren Braylin, Gracie, Travis, Orion, Paetyn, Jordyn, and Wyatt.

Era is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her brothers, Johnny and Karen Roberts and Jesse and Rose Roberts, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is  preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Willis Roberts, and her sisters, Ruth Roberts, Polly Roberts and Betty Ann Roberts.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
