Ernest Neading, Jr.

Ernest Edward Neading Jr age 79 of Bogata died suddenly Saturday April 28 near his home.

At his request cremation was handled by Wood Funeral Homes of Bogata.

A come and go reception to greet his family will be held beginning at 6:30 pm Friday May 4 in the Bogata VFD station. 

Ernest was born Sept 23,1938 in Sparta, Ohio the son of Ernest Edward Neading Sr and Gertrude Kline Neading.  He married the former Mary Lou Womack Feb 15,1959 in Canton. Ohio.   To this union two sons were born, Ernest Edward Neading III and Paul Louis Neading.   He later married the former Kay Nelson Jan 23,1976 in Irving . He was a retired computer programmer working for Texas Instruments for 30 years.   He was an active member of Bogata Volunteer Fire Department for almost seven years.

He is survived by his wife Kay Neading of Bogata, three sons Ernest Edward Neading III and Paul Louis Neading both of Oklahoma and Kent Neading of Highland Village, Texas, 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, 2 sisters Rosemary Hartenstein and Rebecca Reed both of Ohio and 1 brother Joseph Neading of Plymouth, Massachusetts and numerous nieces and nephews
