Fayrine (Osmon) Morton

Fayrine Morton, a beloved resident of Mount Pleasant, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2024, just a day after celebrating her 90th birthday. Born on December 1, 1934, Fayrine lived a life rich in love and family. She dedicated her life to her home and her loved ones, becoming a cherished mother and grandmother.

Fayrine is survived by her two devoted sons, Clay and Teresa Potter, and David Potter and Tracy Wright, as well as her caring brother, Stony Osmon, and sister, Lillie Pierce. A proud grandmother, she leaves behind six grandchildren: Lance, Michael, Kevin, Kurt, Rance, Rhonda Potter and Shane Potter; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews who will forever hold her in their hearts. Fayrine was preceded in death by her parents, Lois E. and Rosie  (Watson) Osmon, sons, Norman Clarence Potter and  Alan  Roy Potter, sister, Helen Munn, brothers, Johnny Osmon, Clifford Osmon and a granddaughter, Daphne Murrell

The family will honor Fayrine’s life with a graveside service to be held at Macedonia Cemetery on December 3, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to join in remembering Fayrine and celebrating the legacy of kindness, resilience, and love she leaves behind.

In this time of reflection, we remember Fayrine Morton as a source of strength and warmth, whose spirit will continue to inspire and uplift those she loved. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
