Frances E. Rozell

Mrs. Frances E Rozell, age 96 of Bogata died on Monday, November 12 in Paris Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be 2pm on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 in Bogata United Methodist Church with the Reverends Carol Sparks and Bob Bush officiating. Burial will be in Bogata Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Homes. The Family will receive friends from 1-2pm on Wednesday at the church. Mrs. Rozell was born on September 5, 1916 in Bogata, the daughter of Harley D. and Fannie Florence Grant Roach. She married William Rozell on September 10, 1933 in Hugo, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on August 22, 1967. She was also preceded in death by a great-grandson, Dakota Rozell on September 10, 1991; her parents, and a brother, Donald Roach. She was the Former President of Bogata Cemetery Association and a Longtime Member of the Bogata United Methodist Church. She is survived by three children: Neil Rozell and wife, Frances of Fulbright, Donna Rozell of Bogata, and Mary Elizabeth Parks of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren-David Rozell and wife, Patsy of Bogata, Russell Rozell and wife, Elizabeth of Johntown, Kincaid Park of Arlington, and Anna McCarthy and husband Terry of Dallas; great-grandchildren, Mallory Rozell of Tyler and Morgan Rozell of Bogata.
