Jace Alan Short

Jace Alan Short, age 32 of Deport died on Sunday, August 19, 2018.  Services will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 11:00am under the Pavilion of Highland Cemetery with Wade White officiating. 

He was born in Paris, Texas on August 18, 1986, the son of Alan and Deborah Talley Short.  He was preceded in death by his mother Debbie Smith and his grandfather, Travis Talley.He was employed by Hargis Electric of Paris.

Survivors include his wife, Shelly Short of Deport; his son, Kaleb Short of Bairdstown; grandmother, Patricia Talley of Deport; Uncle, Tuffy Talley of Deport; two step-sisters:  Kelly Ferguson of Post Oak and Amy Smith of Paris; half-sister, Chelsie Burnett of Paris; step-father, Jackie Smith of Deport.
