Jimmy Merle Miller, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 77. He was a resilient and hardworking man, dedicated to his family and the land he called home. Born on October 11, 1946, in Paris, Texas.

Jimmy will be remembered as a devoted husband to his loving wife, Rita Miller. Together, they weathered life's storms, always finding strength in each other's arms. Their bond was unbreakable, a testament to their unwavering commitment and enduring love.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, children, Tammie Lester and Deratha Willis, his grandchildren, Hanna Thomas, Kevin Love, Danny Womack, Joseph Womack, Ryan Womack, Tessa Humpherys, and Donica Burnn, Jimmy delighted in the joys of grandparenthood. He was the epitome of love and support, always cheering on his grandchildren's accomplishments and providing a listening ear during times of need.

Jimmy is also survived by his brothers Jacky Miller and Walter Miller, and his sisters Marybell Chambless, Debbie Owen, and Exy England. They shared a bond forged through a lifetime of memories, laughter, and shared understanding.

To honor the life and legacy of Jimmy Merle Miller, a farewell ceremony will be held on November 30, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the pavilion in the Highland Cemetery. Family and friends will gather to share stories and celebrate the impact he had on their lives. During this time, they will find comfort in each other's presence, reminiscing on the treasured moments spent with Jimmy.

Jimmy will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his spirit will live on through the memories etched in our hearts. May he rest in peace, forever embedded in the land he loved and the lives he touched.
