Joyce Lucille Proctor, age 81 of Bogata, died in Regency Nursing Home on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Funeral Services have been scheduled for Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God in Bogata with Reverend Donnie Sherrill officiating Burial will follow in Cuthand Cemetery Wood Funeral Homes, Bogata have charge of the arrangements. The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm Friday evening at the funeral home. She was born on January 9, 1932 in Red River County to Willie and Nettie Moore Provence. She is survived by her husband, Bill Proctor of Rosalie; her daughter, Renen Hidelgo of Ft. Worth; step-sons, Bill Edward Proctor of Rosalie and Johnny Dewayne Proctor of Midland; step-daughter, Marvina Mae Proctor of Paris; and a brother Albert Provence of Midland; numerous grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons, Roger and Johnny Richards.
