Keith Mankins

Keith Mankins of Dallas, Texas and formally of Bogata, Texas passed away Friday, May 15, 2020 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 62 years.  He was born Donald Keith Mankins on February 18, 1958 in Paris, Texas to Donald and Stella (Bryant) Mankins.

Keith graduated from Rivercrest High School in 1976 where he loved and played football. He was of the Methodist faith and honorably served in the United States Marines from 1977 to 1981.  Keith went on to become a computer programmer.

He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law Ashley and Bo McGee of Mount Pleasant, Texas, Kaitlin and Zachary Matthews of King, North Carolina; son, J.R. Lankford; two grandchildren, Rylee Jo McGee and Tucker McGee both of Mount Pleasant, Texas; the mother of Kaitlyn and J.R.,  Karen Delp.  He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Keri Deonna Mankins and his brother, Michael Eric Mankins.

Inurment will be held at 10:00 AM June 6, 2020 at the Bogata Cemetery under the direction of Wood-Haggard Funeral Home.
