Lillie Etta White

Lillie White, of Bogata, Texas, left this earth on December 27, 2022.  She was born to Marvin and Eula Patton on October 10, 1932.

Lillie lived with strength that could lift boulders, and charisma that could brighten the darkest room. Although she suffered more than her fair share of loss, she lived with laughter, love, and a fire in her soul. To those who loved her, she was much more than a mother, sister, or grandmother; she was a one-of-a-kind spitfire, full of life and will be forever missed, but at last is reunited with her three children.

She is survived by her sons, Patrick White and Fran and Michael White and wife Sherry; granddaughters, Kim, Shaunda, Dena, Tonya, Crystal and Heather; grandsons, Steve and Jimmy; many beloved great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Johnnie Yarborough and Lavern Thomas. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 49 years, Gene White; daughter, Pam White; sons, Morris and Gary White; grandson, James Patrick “Little Pat” White; brothers, Marshall and Cecil; sisters, Maddie, Linnie, Goldie, and Patricia

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Cuthand Cemetery. Family will be gathering around 1:00 PM.
