Lou Ann Elliott of Princeton, Texas passed away peacefully Saturday morning, July 11, 2020. She was born on October 29, 1943 the daughter of Roy and Gladys (Chesshir) Prater.
Lou Ann was a faithful member of the Cowboy Church of Collin County, a loving and devoted wife and mother. She was employed by Texas Instruments for 17 years and later became a school bus driver for the Princeton ISD.
She leaves her two sons, David Guinn of Anna, Texas and Donald Guinn of Bogata, Texas; two grandsons, Matthew Guinn of Austin, Texas and Robert Guinn of New Boston, Texas; her brother and sister-in-law, James Roy and Margaret Prater of Paris, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edward Elliott, her infant daughter, Donna Louise Guinn, and a brother Charles Prater.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at the Wood-Haggard Funeral Home in Bogata. Interment will be at the Bogata Cemetery. The family will receive friends 10:00 AM to 12:00 at the funeral home.
