Mr. Marvin Glynn Hayes, age 69 of Cuthand died Saturday Nov 5 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 1pm Sat Nov 12 at Cuthand Methodist Churchwith Rev. John Purviance officiating. Mr. Hayes was born Aug 13, 1942 inArlingtonTexasthe son of Marvin W. and Ruby Christine Gardner Hayes. He was a retired carpenter and truck driver. He married the former Mary Burson Jan 31, 1971 in DurantOklahoma. He is survived by his wife, Mary of Cuthand, his mother Ruby Hayes of Oak Grove Arkansas, his children Sherry Kay Wright of Cuthand, Christy Mauldin of GranberryTexas, K'Tina Halebert of Weatherford, Donna Northcut of Hughes Springs, and Michael Hayes of Lake Creek, 2 brothers Allen Hayes of Bullard, Texas and Johnny Hayes of Oak Grove Ark, one sister Joy Hartledge of Florida, nine grandchildren and one great granddaughter
