Mary Ann (Brimberry) Deckman

Mary Ann Deckman, a beloved wife, mother, and sister, passed away on July 16, 2024, in Deport, Texas. Born on May 3, 1963, in Brunswick, Georgia, Mary had a warm and loving presence that touched the lives of all who knew her.

She leaves behind her devoted spouse, Wendell Deckman, her sons Aaron Dailey and Jimmy Sims, as well as her brother Bruce Bond and sisters Carol James and Kathy Brimberry. Mary was preceded in death by her parents James and Joyce (Clam) Brimberry.

Mary was a dedicated clerk and a pillar of strength within her community. Her kindness and generosity will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.

A memorial ceremony to celebrate Mary's life will be announced in the coming days, allowing friends and family to come together to honor her memory and share stories of the impact she had on their lives.

Mary will forever be remembered for her warmth, compassion, and unwavering love for her family. May she rest in peace.
