Mitzie Swinford

Mitzie Swinford, age 62 of Bogata died Friday, January 20, 2012 at Paris Regional Hospital. The family will receive friends 3 pm Sunday, January 22 at Wood Funeral Home of Bogata. Mrs. Swinford was born on January 15, 1950 in Leveland, Texas the daughter of Jesse B and Dorothy Hall Wilson. She was a member of New Beginnings Church of Bogata. For several years she worked as a home health worker. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Stevens of Chandler; her daughter, Sabrina King of Paris; one brother, Terry Wilson of Houston; one sister, Melana Murphree of Houston; her three grandchildren, Zackery , Kaitlyn and Britaney Dyer. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Marvin Lowry who died June 1991 and her second husband, Alden Swinford who died June 2003.
