Nelda Jean Whitaker

Nelda Jean Whitaker passed away peacefully on Saturday morning.  She was born on November 16, 1956 in Ft. Worth, Texas the daughter of Luther and Betty (Brumalow) Whitaker.

Nelda was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother. 

Left to cherish her memory is her only son, David Whitaker of Bogata, Texas;  grandchildren, Heavenlee Wise of Paris, Texas, Kayla Whitaker of Bogata, Texas, Ashton Whitaker of Sulphur Springs, Texas, Ayden Taylor, Preston Whitaker, and Cameron Whitaker all of Bogata, Texas; one great grandchild, Larry Jace Williams; brothers, Donnie Whitaker and Jimmy Whitaker both of Bogata, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Ernest Whitaker and Juanita Duffy.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday October 25, 2022, at the Turner Cemetery in the Fullbright Community.  There is no scheduled visitation.
