Paula Renee Duffie

We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Paula Renee Duffie, who was born on March 2, 1966, in Mount Pleasant, TX. She peacefully left this world on March 20, 2024, at her residence in Detroit, TX, surrounded by her loving family.

Paula, a proud homemaker, dedicated her life to caring for her family. She will be dearly missed by her mother, Johnnie Faye Yarborough, her sons Michael, Jesse, and Nathon Taylor, her daughter Deanna Taylor, and her cherished grandchildren Ayden, Charles, Preston, Cameron, and Nathen.

We extend our deepest condolences to her surviving relatives, including her brother, Gaylon Duffie, and sister, Kayanna Duffie, remembering also her late father, Douglas Duffie, son Donny Taylor, and brother Michael Rhodes.

A visitation in remembrance of Paula will be held at Wood-Haggard Funeral Home in Bogata on March 23, 2024, at 6:00 pm. A graveside service will follow on March 24, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Cuthand Cemetery.

Paula's warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love will forever be etched in our memories. May she rest in eternal peace.
