Ralph Cawley

Ralph Houston Cawley, age 72 of Bogata died Sunday, September 30, 2012 at East Texas Medical Center of Clarksville. Funeral services will be 10am Wednesday, October 3 at the First Assembly of God Church in Bogata with Phillip Rolen, Rev. Mark Jones and Rev. Daniel Hines officiating. Interment will be at the Bogata Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Homes. The family will receive friends beginning at 6pm Tuesday at the First Assembly of God . Mr. Cawley was born March 3, 1940 in Glendale, Texas the son of Loyd H. and Eula Anderson Cawley. On October 3, 1959 he married Bobbie Lee Roach in Bogata. He was a long standing member of Bogata Community and First Assembly of God Church. He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Lee Cawley of Bogata; two daughters, Becky Lum and husband, Vincent of Bogata and Kristi Cawley of Dallas; one sister, Geneva Cole of Houston and one brother, Billy Burl Cawley and wife, Randi of Bogata; four grandsons, Phillip Rolen and wife, Amie of Saratoga Springs, Utah, Aaron Rolen of Dallas, Aaron Lum and wife, Casey of Allen and Levi Lum of Bogata; a granddog, Pete; 5 great grandchildren, Kaidy, Abby, London, Delaney and Bella; brother-in-law, Don Roach and wife, Gayle of Bogata; two sisters-in-law, Martha Pirtle and husband, Ed of Longview and Mollie Ann Williams and husband, Mike of Bogata; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Nita Redding and two brothers-in-law, Charles Cole and David Townes.
