Terra Shuna Tompkins Obituary

Terra Shuna Tompkins, age 56 of Bogata died Thursday, March 24 in Titus Regional Medical Center in Mt Pleasant. A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 31 at 1 p.m. in Bogata Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Daniels officiating. Her cremains will be interred in Bogata Cemetery under direction of Wood Funeral Home. Miss Tompkins was born Sept. 4, 1954 in Fort Worth, the daughter of William (Ted) Thomas and Murl Jean Hancock Tompkins. At the time of her death she was a secretary for Drives and Control Services of Johntown. She is survived by her mother Murl Jean Hawks of Bogata, a sister Teresa Anton and her husband Jim of Arlington, a brother Thomas Tompkins of Arlington; her nephews Shane Wilson, Clint Roberson, Nicholas Anton, Michael Anton, Timothy Ingram and Clayton Tompkins; niece Taylor Tompkins and great niece Ashlyn Roberson, great nephews Chase Wilson and Caden Tompkins. She was preceded in death by her father, brother Jerry Tompkins, and her sister and brother-in-law Tana and Larry Roberson.
