Vivian Mae Shelton of Deport Texas passed away Thursday, September 30, 2021, from complications of COPD. She was born in Dallas, Texas on August 21, 1957, the daughter of E.M. and Rosie Elizabeth (Sikes) Robinson.
Vivian love to spend time with her children and grandchildren and was known to them as “Nana the Great”. She enjoyed sewing, dancing, and genealogy. She loved and supported the Israel Ministries.
She leaves her children, Rhonda Todd and Tony of Deport, Texas, Danny Turner and Lacy of Deport, Texas, Renee Pelton and Stacey of Reno, Texas, Mona Rose and Aaron of Slaughter, Louisiana; grandchildren, Kyle and Ali Turner, Kayle Turner, Heather Nichols, Connor Pelton, Joseph Pelton, Hannah Crosswhite, Brittney Miller and J.J., J.W. and Haley Copeland, Danny Turner III, Peyton Turner, Tristen Todd and Brianna Todd; 21 great grandchildren; her brother, Dennis Robinson of Deport, Texas; sisters, Bernice Norton and R.D. of Forney, Texas, Donna Robinson of Deport, Texas; sister-in-law, Delores Robinson of Mabank; her mother-in-law, Bessie Griffith. She is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Gary Turner; brothers, David and Pete Robinson and a sister, Theresia Miller.
A celebration of Vivian’s life will be held 12:00 PM, Sunday, October 3, 2021, at the residence of Danny Turner Jr. in Deport, Texas.
