Wayne Rossom

Perry Wayne Rossom age 61, of Detroit and formerly of Bogata died at his home on March 22, 2011. Graveside Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 25 in Smith Cemetery, Rosalie, Texas with Reverend Billy Daniels officiating. Military Honors by the US Army Casualty Division from Ft. Hood will be given at the conclusion of the service. Wood Funeral Homes, Bogata have charge of the arrangements. Mr. Rosson was born on October 7, 1949 in Tennessee, the son of Loyd and Elizabeth Keys Rossom. He was a disabled veteran, serving three tours of Combat Duty in Vietnam with the US Army and US Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Tesa Rossom of Detroit; his mother, Elizabeth South of Tennessee; children, David Wayne Rossom of Bogata, Christy and Christopher Rossom, both of Detroit, one grandson; two brothers, Bobby Rossom of San Antonio, Loyd Rossom of Tennessee; two sisters, Kay Roland and Pat Rossom, both of Tennessee.
